Had an appointment for an obvious vibration at highway speed. Explained in detail and requested to go on test drive. Does it every time and is so obvious. Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer there. He did a great job and Kevin helped finish the deal. Kylie did a great job going through packages and options without being aggressive. I added a service plan since I already service here. The service dept shines here and I highly recommend Emmanuel as service advisor. He breaks things down and is honest with what you need to do now and what can wait. I like this dealership a lot and met with Darryl about buying another Pilot but my wife isn’t ready to let go yet. I expect we will buy another car here in the future, especially if the Pilot finally gets the 12.9 screen upgrade. More
