While not there to make best friends, DW could have at least thanked me or congratulated me for my purchase. Instead, he sent me a homophobic and ethnicphobic text and proceeded to call me multiple times least thanked me or congratulated me for my purchase. Instead, he sent me a homophobic and ethnicphobic text and proceeded to call me multiple times with no message left. I had to block him. When I picked up my car he showed me zero features and said it was “self explanatory” and walked away. Lastly, an OLD expired registration from my trade in was left in my glove box instead of my new registration, which was nowhere to be found. I had to ask, much later when I realized the error, to be provided with one. EXTREMELY unprofessional service. Cannot recommend. More

I would like to start this review by saying my family and I have purchased all of our cars over 10+ years from balise and buying a car has always been smooth. For myself, I have owned cars from the Hyundai a I have purchased all of our cars over 10+ years from balise and buying a car has always been smooth. For myself, I have owned cars from the Hyundai and the Honda dealership and have had a Toyota from balise. EVERY car I've owned from Balise Honda and have gotten serviced here has been completely awful. To skip the years of awful experiences of being totally taken advantage of, the straw that broke the camel's back is when I came in today with my husband, from the Marine Corps — we couldn't get a valve stem off of my tire to fill it with air... Actually all four wouldn't come off. They said It was because of rusted caps and they couldn't do anything, I'd have to buy all new ones and sensors. Well my husband and I PB Blasted it. Guess what? When we finally got it off, THEY GLUED ALL MY VAVLE CAPS ON. I have lost all faith in this dealership I once trusted, and will be telling all my clients and my family - xxxx BALISE. They can't even help a returning customer of over 8+ years. We will be sticking to our Jeep Wranglers + Ford Mustangs from now on. More

I purchased a new 2022 Honda Passport Elite in May and had a very poor experience. From wax in numerous places at delivery time to the wireless charger not working at all. The delivery booklet last page f had a very poor experience. From wax in numerous places at delivery time to the wireless charger not working at all. The delivery booklet last page for get ready nothing was done on page 10. Oh and when you call the dealer and ask if you can buy that honda at sticker price and they say yes you can, and you go into the dealer expect them to tell you that they did not know that there was already 1800.00 worth of dealer installed accessories on the car. And to top it off I wrote a long email to Heather Torrone the manager for customer service for all of Balise and the eco and no response to date over 3 weeks, hmmm that must be due to covid. More
