They looked at the truck, knew we needed a caliper and rotor and brake pads. We booked an appointment 2 days later after we ingested the cost. They took the car apart again, same dealership, then proceede rotor and brake pads. We booked an appointment 2 days later after we ingested the cost. We were there from 10:30 to 2:30 for absolutely nothing. They are horrible people who are completely dishonest. I don’t know of any Honda dealership nearby that is trustworthy! More
