Great experience. Kristos was helpful in giving us different options and showing us several trucks even though it was very cold outside ( he pretended he wasn’t cold ). Once we selected our truck he handled everything else, switching registration and insurance. He even delivered the truck to our house since I had no ride available to go pick it up. The financing was explained in a thorough and professional manner by Richie who showed great knowledge of the process and the difference options Richie was a pleasure to deal with because of his friendly and professional demeanor. Overall great car buying experience and we will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

had a appointment , brought my truck in for oil change and inspection sticker , 1st day nothing was done , no phone call , called dealer they said they were short handed , next day said needed brake job , and inspection sticker , 1st day nothing was done , no phone call , called dealer they said they were short handed , next day said needed brake job , i said OK again no call that day waited again no call ,4 days later they said they did not have brake job parts ? they did inspection and passed , brought truck home and 1 light was off and had a alarm low on exhaust fluid ?? will never bring my 2 trucks 2014 and 2018 back there again More

Terrible communication, terrible customer service. They don't care about anything, or even care for your business. Was told that my ten year old service van couldn't get the parts it needed because "they d don't care about anything, or even care for your business. Was told that my ten year old service van couldn't get the parts it needed because "they don't make them anymore". They won't call you back, and they won't provide me with the information so I can get the parts myself. Told me they would only change me diagnosis fee, like they were doing me a favor. What else did you do? Place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to Wilbraham Tire down the street. Only reason I went here was because I thought I had a key issue, which they can only service. Worse place ever. More
Had car towed in because they had the diagnostic machine and had lost all antifreeze with no leaks found. Supposedly a bypass valve and fixed for 550.00. A month and half later same problem low coolant towed back in. Different problem this time supposedly a hose and another 500+spent. They kept car 3 days even though I needed it. Left grease on carpet and grease on door panel. Never waived diagnostic fee or any apologies for inconvenience. Will never go back there and will not recommend to anyone. Most horrible repair shop with absolutely no customer support. More
Bought a 2016 f250 lariat quad cab back in April....included was a service agreement that included everything and I mean everything....so we thought. Well I needed new brakes so assuming they April....included was a service agreement that included everything and I mean everything....so we thought. Well I needed new brakes so assuming they were included in the service agreement I was paying for every month I was expecting to walk out with a zero bill. NOPE. $751.00 apparently brakes aren't included...huh. What exactly was i paying for? The General Manager told me thats where dealership make their money on service agreements. After bad cop good cop with my wife we managed to walk out with a cancelled service agreement and not paying. Point being Balise is a bunch of crooks. Never will I do bu8with them again. More
Overall, I think they provide horrible customer service. As a student working two jobs, I did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership. Although I confirmed with the dealership that I needed to leave by a certain time, they have not respected that and they should have been truthful with how long the process would take rather than just trying to get me to buy the vehicle quick. Overall, great cars, bad service. More
