Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered when buying/selling a vehicle. We have bought top of the line Fords for the last 6 years (from a different dealership) and can not believe how our t when buying/selling a vehicle. We have bought top of the line Fords for the last 6 years (from a different dealership) and can not believe how our transactions were handled this time around. The finance manager and above spoke to us as if we were children who didn’t do their research; wrong! And then the day of signing went back on their deal to the tune of 2,500k because of “error” that then they weren’t willing to eat. Refused us complimentary oil changes, etc to try and make up for their mistake. Rude, immature, and lack of professionalism is how I would describe management there. More
The online price for the oil change was 60 + plus, the phone appt price was 84. Today, they charged me 96.23. Do not bother making and appointment to get your vehicle serviced here, apparently they make the appointment but are unable to actually look at your car. We've had ours there for two days (appt was yesterd serviced here, apparently they make the appointment but are unable to actually look at your car. We've had ours there for two days (appt was yesterday at 8am) and they still haven't looked at it and just admitted they probably will not get to it today either. Avoid this business! More
My car has been in the shop for more than three weeks now. First it was the master cylinder, then the brake booster. Kakley was great! Everyone else sucks! Service dept. sucks, managers suck, will not go back. F150 passed their inspection with a pull to the left, wheel shake at 68mph Everyone else sucks! OH yes and specifically sought out a Lariat trim to be sure I had heated leather for these cold winters. Heated seats don't work and they won't fix it. I buy and sell cars a few times a year. Guess where I won't be returning? Balise! Any of them. The days of winning over a customer for life are gone! More
