Not only did I feel welcome I felt at home. We have never bought a vehicle from a dealer before and we were told to go try balise. Got there, car was exactly as represented in ad. made the purchase and drove the car home..Car had a mechanical problem, spoke with Brian the sales manager, had the car towed back to dealership, car was immediately repaired and Brian had someone from the dealership drive the car more than half way to meet up with us...This is waht i call customer service.... Stephen was so knowledgeable and believe it or not, have not had to look at the manual once so far! thanks Stephen! They located the truck I needed (I did have to compromise in color because they couldn't find silver)and gave me $1,200 more t really worked with me.
