Completely taken care of, from start to finish! Let me start by saying that going to a car dealership and having to deal with sales personnel is the ONLY thing in this world that gives me anxiety... Let me start by saying that going to a car dealership and having to deal with sales personnel is the ONLY thing in this world that gives me anxiety...but I was at a point where I needed a newer car that I could feel safe in/trust (with the amount of travel I do for work/kid activities)...and no time to look/research myself. This is where Shaun comes in :) He made me feel at ease right from the start, getting a feel for what I needed, and showing me a few cars so that I could figure out what I liked...since I'd been driving a '04 Honda Accord for the last 9.5 years! We communicated via email a few times in regards to a few he thought I would like and I was able to check them out online and research, around my busy schedule. I narrowed it down to 2, came in for a 2nd visit to check them out and, when he pulled "my" car up for the test drive, I just KNEW it was the one before I even got inside! He nailed it! It's a perfect fit :) Then, off to see his brother Josh to finish up the financing, and I was all set! They took care of everything, communicating with me the entire time, answering all my questions...and easing my anxiety in the process. I had to stop in a few times with different docs, and was always greeted warmly by all personnel, even remembering what car I purchased and who I was there to see. Without a doubt, I will be back to see Shaun & Josh and the entire Balise team for my next vehicle :) More

I can say without a doubt Balise Chevrolet has surpassed my expectations and raised the bar for others.... I was able to contact Shaun via emails and he found the exact truck I wanted at the price I wanted.... The next day we came in with our trade and Shaun had all the people lined up to check our trade, go over finances and wow...such teamwork and courteous staff....we were done so quickly we thought there was a problem... I was also to get a better Auto insurance policy in house...and they beat USAA. I would highly recommend Balise for anyone I know......You can't go wrong and will not regret it.. More
