Great Customer Service! I recently went into Balise Chevrolet to see what options I would have when it came time to trading in my lease. I was in a lease with a Malibu that I I recently went into Balise Chevrolet to see what options I would have when it came time to trading in my lease. I was in a lease with a Malibu that I loved, but I was close to going over my allotted miles with over 6 months left in my lease. I figured with the miles and the time left in my lease there wasn't going to be a solution that didn't end up costing me. However, as I sat down with Emily Descoteaux, she somehow managed to get me out of my lease early and into a nicer vehicle with a payment I was surprisingly very comfortable with! Emily was very professional, she has a great attitude and personality that made the whole process enjoyable. When it came time for financing Josh Joseph was also very professional and explained all the paper work so I knew exactly what I was signing. Overall, I would definitely recommend Balise Chevrolet and I will especially be sending my friends and family over to Emily. Thanks again Emily, Josh, and the rest of the Chevy team! More

Excellent Customer Service Visited Balise Chevy of Warwick on 3-28-2017 to check out a couple of Cars I had seen on their website. When I arrived I met Shawn Joseph ( Sales). I Visited Balise Chevy of Warwick on 3-28-2017 to check out a couple of Cars I had seen on their website. When I arrived I met Shawn Joseph ( Sales). I showed him the info I had on the cars I was interested in. Unfortunately one of them was sold. He showed me a nice camry, but it was a bit to expensive. Then he suggested a Nissan Versa that came in as a trade. He was getting into more my price range. I took the Nissan for a test drive and liked it. we went back in the office and worked out a good deal. No Pressure. Shawn even went over the car fax with me. He seem to go above and beyond what he was required to do. Also dealt with Josh Joseph for all the paperwork. He was pleasant, organized and attentive . Answered all questions. I bought a used car for $ 5300 and felt like i was purchasing a 60,000 car for the way I was treated. Quality Dealership. Good service and they work with you. I will go back for my future car needs.
