We were told they would get the disc for the naviation have the truck cleaned another key and full of gas. NONE of these happened. My husband went and talked Steve and he says he never said any of these t have the truck cleaned another key and full of gas. NONE of these happened. Carl was a courteous sales professional. Good follow up 3 days after the sale just to check in to make sure we were happy with car and see if we had any questions.
