I had been looking for a very specific used vehicle for several months, primarily using the internet to fuel my search. He is a car salesman and has a job to do, but at the same time he was polite, friendly and not "pushy" in the least. After the test drive we sat to negotiate price. The typical "Let me go see what they say....(5 minutes later)...they can't do that price" went on for a while which was annoying, but then finally we came to terms. Several days later I returned to pick up the vehicle and was told some of the "extras" that we had negotiated were not ready yet and they would take care of those things asap. I left with the vehicle, kept in contact with Mike and eventually after about a month had all the items we had agreed to. Balise took care of registering & emissions testing my vehicle which was nice. My primary reason for going into Balise that day was because of the competitive pricing of their vehicle and that will be the single determining factor the next time I walk into a dealership. That said, as unpleasant as buying a used car can be, Mike did a pretty good job of making it as smooth as possible. When my wife returned with me to pick up the vehicle he went out of his way to show her all the features and answer any questions she had. Like I said earlier: Mike is a car salesman and definitely has a job to do, but at the same time he is polite, friendly, easy to interact with and follows through on his word. If I am ever in the market again for a vehicle and Balise has it competitively priced, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Mike again. More

I am from Massachusetts. I went to this dealership I am from Massachusetts. I went to this dealership because they were the only ones to advertise a rebate for chevy vehicles. This made me believe I am from Massachusetts. I went to this dealership because they were the only ones to advertise a rebate for chevy vehicles. This made me believe that the dealerships in my area were not being totally honest. I dealt with Mike Essig and told him what I needed in a new vehicle, what I needed for my trade in and what I wanted to pay per month. Although it took some time to work out the details he was very patient and understanding and had a sense of humour as well. We came to an agreement on all of the above but some of the dealer "to be installed items" had to be ordered. Mike followed up on the items and kept me well informed. I went back to Balise of Warwick, met with Mike and he took full charge, bringing the vehicle over to the service department, inventoring the parts to be installed and giving me an estimated time of completion. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle (which won't be far away)I will go back to Balise of Warwick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. A great experience. More

I travelled far and wide looking for a decent used SUV. I was particular about mileage to price ratio. I also wanted a vehicle that had the appearance of being well cared for. Salesman Mike Essig took great care of me there. He made sure to have the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. We took it for a test drive. He answered all my questions and dealt with me on my terms. It was no pressure and and made the moment enjoyable, (unlike other dealers I had to deal with). I would recommend Belise to anyone looking for a car regardless of new or used. I Needed a second form of transportion so I decided to do some on line research. I started Friday evening browsing dealer's websites when I came across Balise. To my surprise there was a car listed that look some on line research. I started Friday evening browsing dealer's websites when I came across Balise. To my surprise there was a car listed that looked nice and in my price range. It was Sunday evening when I sent a email to the dealership asking about the car, and if it was still available. The very next day, Monday I received a call from Carl Passarelli. He explained that the car was still available, and If I wanted to come down to take a look at it. Now this is the thing, I really didnt want the stress of the back and forth that can normally takes place when buying a car. I wanted a hassel free experience. Monday after work I took with we all that I would need to possibly finance a used car and went to the dealership. As I walked in the door I was greeted by a sales man named Carl. Very pleasant man I felt very comfortable talking with him. He had remembered me from our phone conversation earlier that day, so he knew what car I wanted to look at. He didnt insist on any other car, and I didnt feel at all pressured, a real refreshing experience. We test drove the car and I loved it. I explained that I was in a hurry and I didnt want to spend alot of time on the transaction, he said "no problem" so we went in and started the paper work. Not long after I was financed and given the keys to my new car. A very plasant experience, thanks again Carl I am very happy with my purchase. More
