Bought a used truck. Radio did not work when looked at truck. Told us they would take care of it then wanted to charge us for it. The GM was rude and not helpful. I initially went to the dealership with the intention of just getting an idea of the cars that were available. Patric came out with a warm smile on a very cold day and asked if he could help.
