Best Dealership experience ever I originally went in for service on my vehicle and found out that my warranty was expiring, so I went over to the sales department to look into extend I originally went in for service on my vehicle and found out that my warranty was expiring, so I went over to the sales department to look into extending the warranty. After meeting with a sales rep. by the name of (Patric Saad) he took the time to get to know why I was there and what I needed in a vehicle he gave me some better options to choose from than I thought I had. I then made a choice and worked with the on sight finance rep. who was then able to get me into a newer vehicle with a lower monthly payment and a lower APR%. I then met with the onsite Allstate rep. who was able to give me an insurance quote within minutes that was also lower than my current rates. By far the best experience that I've ever had at a dealership. I would recommend this Dealership to whomever is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Chevy Captiva sale I was in the market for a gently used SUV at the right price. Patric Saad is a great asset to your team! My husband and I went to Balise Chevy in Warwick to look for my car. I have never bought a car and didn't have a clear idea of what I was looking for. My husband and I went to Balise Chevy in Warwick to look for my car. I have never bought a car and didn't have a clear idea of what I was looking for. There are so many choices out there it's overwhelming! My husband drives a Chevy truck and we both love their reputation, reliability, and values. When we started browsing that windy Sunday afternoon in March I wasn't even sure if I wanted a car or small suv. Patric came out of the dealership and introduced himself to us in the lot and gave us a brief overview of what Balise had on the lot. After browsing around I test drove the Chevy Malibu and the Hyundai Tuscon. I went home to think about what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and weigh my options. I ultimately decided a car would best suit my needs right now and went back on the following Wednesday night to test drive the Chevy Cruze. Between the Sunday and Wednesday Patric did not call or email once! This was a large part of why we felt comfortable going back a few times, because we didn't feel like we were being bullied into a purchase. Patric is NOT your typical pushy salesman. When we left Wednesday I was pretty confident we would be back to purchase the Cruze, but we went home to do some research on Loan Rates and get some Insurance Quotes. We returned Friday to close the deal and take home my new Cruze! No loan or insurance rates we found were as low as the ones Balise could get for us. With the Help of Rhonda in the Balise Allstate office we even switched my husband insurance when she was able to get us a better rate than we currently had, by bundling with Allstate. We may even switch our homeowners insurance to Allstate! All in all everything was great at Balise, the dealership and shop is clean, the people are friendly, and the service was great. Patric was SO patient with me while I sorted out what vehicle would be best for me, and kept calm while my husband grilled him with 1,000 questions. He had a great sense of humor and understood that we were just trying to get as much info as possible to make an informed decision. If he wasn't sure how to answer to one of our questions he was quick to get us an accurate answer. He is a great asset to Balise and you are lucky to have him. We have left other dealerships in the past due to pushy, uninformative salespeople, but we were pleasantly surprised that this was not the case with Balise. We would refer any of our friends and family there and will return to Balise next time we need a Chevy! More
