Eddie took care of me, and he was great, he makes you feel at ease, which means the world considering the investment you're making. I went in with the mindset of "great, another dealership", but the team there is anything but. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. From Eddie, our sales guy, to Taylor who handles insurance and accounts, was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my new insurance questions, to Beau with my million finance questions, he explained everything to me in a way that I could grasp! Then there's Jason....the first contact I made with Balise. He helped make the whole experience so much fun, from that phone call to confirm they had the car, I really felt comfortable. We even had a visit from the neighborhood Ice Cream man! Overall, I'm very happy with the price, service, and the entire team at Balise. I will definitely return! More
