(I was in a pickle and needed a new car fast.) And for his patient kindnesses. In every detail of everything, Eddie Sherman was honest and honourable, conscientious and reliable. And even heroic! Also deserving much praise is Jason Guilbault, my very first contact, who gently eased me into possible automobile solutions and who was always calm and calming. He is a prince of a man. I am likewise grateful to a man whom I dubbed Professor Kyle, for the depth and breadth of his knowledge, for his enlightenment; and to considerate, selfless Paula; and to Matthew Bettencourt and Beau Saad, both elegantly scrupulous; and to the ever helpful Service Manager, Yoryis Gomez. And to endlessly kind Dan The Technician. All of these men and Paula bring luster and honour to the name Balise Chevrolet. Better then a few years ago The sales staff-Emily and Jason were great. Took me two weeks with lots of research and conversations with many sales staff in state. But I ended up at Balise because they had the used car I wanted. I would say the only issue I had was I needed my monthly payment to be a t certain amount. The manager came over and had me sign off to what I wanted, but when I got to sign the purchase and sales with loan person it was $15 a month over what I had asked. I didn't bother to haggle as I had been there for over 3 hours and wanted to go home. I would recommend the dealership, it wasn't as bad as it was a few years ago. I didn't feel pressured at all. More

Jen made the best of a terrible situation that's for sure. in the process of getting my 2012 cruze I had to leave for a little while to take out my dog and feed her, after leaving and only making it a few miles down the road, my car completely died and here my boyfriend and were stranded on 37 she came and got us brought us back to the dealership and then back to the my car for triple A to tow us back to the dealership. and still gave me a trade in value from my none working vehicle. needless to say Jen and her crew stopped at nothing to find me my car that I love minus outside color. and got me out as fast as they could because I had to be at work for 8. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car, always kept me informed of what was happening in the process, never hit me hard on the sales push, and had an engaging personality. He also had the car polished and cleaned multiple times as it wasn't upto his standard. It was an extremely busy day for the dealership, yet I never once felt like he was rushing me.
