Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic co a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests. More
I went to Bale Kia on July 5&6 2012. I'm used to salesmen running out the door to meet new customers, but this was not the case at Bale. No one greeted me as i walked in. my "salesman", Duane, didn't even stand up when i walked in nor did he introduce himself. I told him what cars i was interested and requested to walk the lot. he said it was too hot and he would just go get the cars i specifically was interested in. After test driving a couple of cars, i advised Duane that i would return the next day. His sales manager (Morgan), came running out the door. Morgan introduced himself and gave me his card. Duane didn't give me a card or a number to reach him at. Over 2 days time, as i was trying to work a deal, i felt like the salesman wasn't motivated or interested in making a sale. It seemed like i was working hard to buy a car from him than he was in selling me a car. I had told him several times that i had no money to put down and i wanted the sales tax to be financed in the cost of the car. He repeatedly tried to talk me out of doing this even though their chevrolet dealership was advertising it as a selling point. He also asked if i was sure i didn't have any cash to put down, even though i was trading in my car. After much frustration, i called another dealership and they were more than happy to take my trade and finance my sales tax. In about an hour, i had a guaranteed deal on my new car and drove it home that Friday evening. I didn't hear from Duane until Saturday around noon. I guess he was finally interested in selling me a car. I let him know that i had bought a car from another dealership within a few hours of leaving his dealership. he was speechless. More
My husband and I just bought a 2012 Kia Forte Koupe, from the time we drove onto the lot at Bale Kia we had an amazing experience. We were greeted by the sales manager who put us in touch with our salesman, JuJu. We never felt pushed into anything or smothered, they helped us with all questions and really worked with us to meet all of our needs in buying a new car and taking our trade-in. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle! They never once said they couldn't help us or get what we needed they did everything they could and we are very happy not only with our car but with the dealership and all employees! More
