Service wait time I like everything about Bakersfield Mazda except the size. The service area is too small for the number of cars they run through it. Sometimes the cars are backed up on to the street waiting to get registered. Leaving the service area is like navigating a maze, given all of the sale cars parked along the way out. The waiting area could be improved. There is a lot of idle space going unused. The refreshment offerings have improved - thank you. More

No matter how severe the problem or how often I check on their progress the Service Department is always polite and does everything in their power to answer any questions I may have regarding the problem or the work they are doing to fix what is wrong. They also are willing to answer questions asked by other people (family members) who I have brought in. Most of my visits to Mazda have been with Cory Felix and as such he is my preferred choice for dealing with a Service Consultant, however I have also had positive dealings with Aldo Gacia-Gonzales the one time Cory Felix was unable to assist me. They completely ripped us off and lied to our faces after the fact. Please take my advice and stay as far away as you can from Mazda and all their sister dealerships! Other dealerships were trying to help us out but Mazda wouldn’t budge since they wanted to keep the thousands of dollars they practically stole from us. Buying a car here is hands down the BIGGEST mistake I’ve made in my entire life. If you do end up going here avoid Bart at all cost, he lied straight to our faces. Unfortunately this goes all the way up to the owners though. Like I said before just don’t go here. More
