Routine maintenance for my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Excellent customer service. They explained everything, finished quickly and returned my car sparkling clean. They only did what was necessary and did not pressure me about doing anything above what I came for. Bakersfield Mazda did all the service on my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander when the service departments were consolidated into one. When I bought the 2014, Mitsubishi reopened their service department. After 3 years I was increasingly unhappy with them for several reasons. Mazda was happy to have me back and I know I made the right decision. More
