Left out in the cold Not even one star for my experience. I was helping my grandson look for a used car. We fount a Mazda Miata that he liked but it had not been washed a Not even one star for my experience. I was helping my grandson look for a used car. We fount a Mazda Miata that he liked but it had not been washed and serviced to be ready for sell. We talked to a salesman and told him we wanted to buy the car when it was ready. He took my name and phone number and assured us he would call us as soon as it was ready. We checked on it each day for two days and they still had it in the detail room.. I went back the third day and was told they had sent it to the other dealership and they had sold it. This is no way to do business and to treat a customer who was ready to pay cash. More

Wonderful I don't have perfect credit but they gave me some choices and gave me what I wanted not what they though was best. They really worked with me. Fast, easy car buying experience After visiting the dealership a couple months prior, I thought I would end up going out of town to another Mazda in order to get the car I wanted. When I left before, I annoyed and frustrated that I was trying to be convinced to go into a deal I didn’t want. I decided to give it one more chance before heading out of town and it went sooo much better! My salesman wasn’t pushy and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and the Manager I dealt with was very honest and I felt like he tried hard to work with me on a price I was willing to pay. More
