I purchased a used vehicle and I can say I have never seen a more negligent and unorganized team. Everything from sales to management to customer relations. I had problems with the vehicle and I was constantly reassured that I was going to be called back with the issues on my vehicle and I never was. It was always myself as the consumer, who had to do any kind of follow up communication. In addition to the poor communication, they also kept no record of communication, I mean what kind of sales team has no use of CRM for customer communication logs? I was sold a poor working vehicle, I will know better next time. More
