Oil change was quick and completed as expected. I came for oil change but felt I was being pressured into doing extra work on my vehicke. Timing belt, water pump, plugs, caskets. I was told Belt could break and my entire engine would need to be replaced. A $2000 quote was given to me. When I said i didn’t have it today, he said if this happened, it would be very costly later down the road. As a women, I felt it was a scare tactic. Although this may be true, I didn’t like his approach. I bought Acura because of the quality and reputation. Hopefully at 100,000 I don’t need a new engine! More
