Above and beyond the call of duty. I’d like to start by saying that I just went in for an oil change. I was just expecting a routine service to be performed. Javier was the one to greet me as soon as I put my vehicle into park. The man is always in a great mood and makes me feel welcomed. That’s a quality that you don’t always find nowadays... He told me that my car would be serviced shortly and he then went on to tell me that he would check for vehicle recalls. Turns out that my vehicle had two. To my surprise, the recalls were taken care of on that same day! For that reason, I felt that the Acura team went the extra mile for me. My car is in good hands with Danny. He’s the technician that I trust, so as long as he is there, I feel comfortable having my vehicle worked on. I’ll end with saying that Jessica also makes the experience very pleasing at the end of my time there. She always has good energy and a smile on her face.
