Quick service, great people I was told we’d be waiting around 1.5 hrs for my oil change and all the inspections needed for my vehicle, but I waited half that time. Routine servicing of 2016 MDX at approximately 44,000 miles Bakersfield Acura is and has been "my" dealership for many years and I have both my 2006 RL and my wife's 2016 MDX and the Service Department is excel Bakersfield Acura is and has been "my" dealership for many years and I have both my 2006 RL and my wife's 2016 MDX and the Service Department is excellent! I usually deal with Alex and he does an excellent job of gaining understanding of what I may need on either car and then sets about to deliver what is expected.
