Rolando, the service representative, did his due diligence, had the main problem identified and then had other major problems identified that were present and that other representatives were unable diligence, had the main problem identified and then had other major problems identified that were present and that other representatives were unable to identify but whose symptoms were previously observed by me. Rolando also verified that some recommended maintenance was not necessary yet and worked with the extended warranty provider to get the main problem covered. Rolando then went above and beyond by working back and forth with the warranty provider to have some additional costs covered resulting in significant savings to my final costs for the repairs. I would recommend Rolando to any other nissan owners because he takes ownership of his work. More
