I received courteous and timely updates as they worked to determine the extent of damage to my Honda Accord. He has walked us through the process and kept us informed at every turn. He has made a difficult situation (the circumstances surrounding the need for repair) a great deal easier. He has been able to ease our minds and reassure us about the steps that will be taken to complete the repairs. Danny Spence has gone above and beyond to answer all our questions and he has responded promptly to all messages we have left for him. Since 1993 I have never had any complaint or issue with them. David Bentz is my service manager and he takes care of everything I need to maintain my Xterra. David plans ahead for me and knows I want my Xterra on the road, not in the shop. He actually knows me and the vehicle. I drive millions of miles and I never want to have any problems when I am hauling my horse trailer or on the road in the middle of BFE Texas. I drive with confidence because I trust David and the service department. He always makes sure my work is done without a lot of wasted time, he answers all my questions, and he lets me know what I need to do to keep ahead of any maintenance. I LOVE my 2012 Xterra and as a single older woman, I LOVE that I never have to worry about taking care of it because David Bentz and Baker Jackson are honest and reliable. It takes a huge burden off me to know whatever happens to my Xterra, I will be in good hands. More
