Great Service Experience!!!! Christina Martinez is great - Assistant Service Manager. I had purchased a used Nissan from another used car dealership and had an issue with the AC blower motor. The car was still under Nissan warranty so the place I purchased the car said I needed to take it to Nissan for service. Christina could not have treated me better if I had just purchased the car from Baker Nissan. She took the time to go over what was wrong and get it fixed on the first visit while making me feel that she was glad to help. Not to many people will take this much time to help you and make sure you are happy with your service. More

We were greeted right away and the initial paperwork only My husband and I took our 2013 Murano to Baker Nissan for a routine oil and filter change. We were greeted right away and the initial paperwork only took a few minutes. When we were told that it would take about an hour and a half, due to a lot of cars ahead of us, we decided to go get some lunch. The attendant guided us to a nearby restaurant only a block away. By the time we finished lunch we received a call that the car was ready. As a plus, they had also washed it for us. We have always had a great service experience at Baker Nissan. More

As you know, living in Hous Dear Baker Nissan: On Wednesday, July 23, 2014, I experienced a nightmare when my AC stopped working in my Pathfinder. As you know, living in Houston, Texas with AC can be real challenge. I have visited Baker Nissan's Service Department on other occasions to have my car service, and in the past my service advisor was Mr. David Bentz. Mr. Bentz always provided excellent service; therefore, I was at a lost when I learned that he had moved on to other career endeavors. I really thought that Mr. Bentz's excellent customer service and professionalism could not be matched until I met Ms. Christina Martinez. Ms. Martinez was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process, providing the same excellent and professional customer service that Mr. Bentz provided; however, she went beyond my expectations with her assistance. Ms. Martinez took care of everything for me from working with my warranty company, to ensuring that I had shuttle service and a rental car promptly available to me. Ms. Martinez consistently kept me abreast of my car service status, and educated me on how my warranty program worked because originally I thought that the service I required would not be covered. She saved my more than 50% of the total price by advising me of my coverage correctly. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service that was provided by Ms. Martinez. Also, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the shuttle driver and the rental car agent. Everyone made me experience stress free. I have been a customer of Nissan for over 20 years, never owned any other type of car, and as of to date I have been very satisfied with my Nissan Dealerships experiences. Again, thank for a job well done! More

They don't try to sell you services you don't really need to maintain the vehicle correctly. The waiting area is nice with the free water and crackers etc. I see they have air conditioning in the shop. That I think tells me the mechanics are going to be better focused on repairing or maintaining my car better. They will most likely have less turnover of mechanics by having better work environment. Barry Thomas was helpful and he will be my contact for future maintenance. I'm sure the other folks are pros as well. Thanks. More

Mrs Riley I had my Nissan Maxima's oil changed. Arren was very nice. He told me I need my air and cabin filters changed. Also he warned me about my back tires. I had my Nissan Maxima's oil changed.
