One of the BEST service advisors at Baker Nissan. I've been dealing with Sean for over 2 years now and I must say I've always experience exceptional customer service from him!! I would like to thank Baker Nissan for the great experience that I receive every time I come to visit. I've been to several Nissan dealers, but none like this one; I actually pass up about 2 Nissan dealers just to get to Baker Nissan (coming from Katy, TX.)... The service manager is very friendly and helpful as well. He's always walking around helping his team out, I've even seen him check customers in and drive their cars to the back. I am happy with the service received. I was notified and updated as to when the vehicle would be ready. I did need one new tire as there had been a plug and a new screw in it and could not be repaired. Rodrigo,my service rep did do his best and was successful to bring the price down on the one tire. As always I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my service experience at Baker Nissan. More

Exceptional Service Myself and my wife brought our 2013 Nissan Altima in for a Oil change the other day. I did not have a appointment, yet you guys accepted us with no problems. Staff was extremely helpful. The staff actually payed attetion to us. Let us know that we needed our 15 thousand mile service soon and aligment, and did not force us to make a decision right away about whether to get it done right at the moment. Very patient with us. This is the kind of service us customers think about prior to driving to your facility, hoping that it goes this smooth. We are the type of people who believe that credit should be given when deserved, and Carlos Escobar is someone who should be praised for his excellent customer service skills. Not only was he great with us, myself and my wife observed him doing the same for the others around us waiting for there cars, helping them with anything they asked . First service appointment for my 2014 Frontier I have been dealing with Baker Nissan for several years now, first on my 2002 Frontier and now on my new 2014 Frontier. I used Baker Nissan for all o I have been dealing with Baker Nissan for several years now, first on my 2002 Frontier and now on my new 2014 Frontier. I used Baker Nissan for all of the maintenance on my original Frontier and was always satisfied with their work and the time it required to do the repairs. The other day I took my new Frontier in for its first service as well as having them add door side moldings and was quite pleased with the result and the minimum amount of time I had to wait. Both the service advisor and the mechanic that did the work were very helpful and friendly. More

When I arrived at the dealership service department for my appointment, Kristina was helpful and kept me up to date on news about my 2011 Altima. A sensor needed to be reset. I was called to the cashier's desk and was told that this was covered under the warranty. The cashier was very friendly. Any time one has to deal with car issues there is a sense of dread at the thought of a long wait and possible large payment, but this turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Thank you. More
