Nissan Quest We love our Nissan Quest and we have always taken it for its oil change and so forth But they claim that we went 11 mths with out a change. Which is We love our Nissan Quest and we have always taken it for its oil change and so forth But they claim that we went 11 mths with out a change. Which is not true, we were late by a couple of weeks once. We always followed the sticker they place on our window. Now even though it is still warranted, they will not fix it. We feel someone did not post the two times we went in or they erased it from the computer to make it look like we neglected our vehicle. So No, do not recommend More

He also makes sure that if my wait time will be lengthy that a shuttle driver is available for drop off and pick up which is also a great convenience for me. More

A change in attatitude I normally drop my car off for service because I dislike the continued sales pitch from service writers after your car is services for what ever. Baker Nissan is so different and made the experience pleasant and services sales pitch free. They did give me a printed inspection report that disclosed what should be done. But asked me to take it home and review it at my leisure.
