Nissan Quest We love our Nissan Quest and we have always taken it for its oil change and so forth But they claim that we went 11 mths with out a change. Which is not true, we were late by a couple of weeks once. We always followed the sticker they place on our window. Now even though it is still warranted, they will not fix it. We feel someone did not post the two times we went in or they erased it from the computer to make it look like we neglected our vehicle. So No, do not recommend More

Shaun Hazeley is the best at making me feel comfortable with the repairs and with making sure I'm satisfied with whatever work needs to be done. If I'm not sure about something he's willing to explain why certain services need to be done at a particular time and which services can wait until my visit. He also makes sure that if my wait time will be lengthy that a shuttle driver is available for drop off and pick up which is also a great convenience for me. More

A change in attatitude I normally drop my car off for service because I dislike the continued sales pitch from service writers after your car is services for what ever. Bake I normally drop my car off for service because I dislike the continued sales pitch from service writers after your car is services for what ever. Baker Nissan is so different and made the experience pleasant and services sales pitch free. They did give me a printed inspection report that disclosed what should be done. But asked me to take it home and review it at my leisure. Thank you Luis Castillo at Baker Nissan for treating me like a customer and not like s turkey on a platter trying to carve off as much money off me as possible. More
