Amazing and quick service I came in for a routine oil change, was greeted by Shaun. He was very pleasant and walked me through every step. My service on my vehicle was done I came in for a routine oil change, was greeted by Shaun. He was very pleasant and walked me through every step. My service on my vehicle was done in less than 30 mins. My car was washed and serviced very quickly. Shaun was great and made sure that my vehicle was taken care of. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and every encounter from then has been great. I would love to continue coming back for service on my vehicle. More

Going the extra mile Shaun in service really went the extra mile. I had been told previously by another service advisor my malfunction had not been covered under warranty. I know I was VERY stressed and upset with Nissan (and made me not ever want another Nissan) when I got this answer mostly in the way that I was concerned with the safety of the vehicle & my passengers. Oil change I recently moved to Baytown and choose to drive 50+ miles to Baker Nissan because of the service I receive every time I go. Disappointed This was the first time I have experienced such poor service and lack of communication from Baker Nissan! I had called before I brought my Armada in This was the first time I have experienced such poor service and lack of communication from Baker Nissan! I had called before I brought my Armada in and spoke with a gentleman named John. When I dropped my vehicle off at around 10:30 am, I asked him to do 3 things: 1) change the oil 2) look at my rear lift gate and 3) fix the flap on the back of one of the back seats. I asked John about how long it would take and he told me “a few hours” and that they would not fix anything until they spoke with me. Five hours later, I had not heard anything from anyone so I called. I spoke with John around 3:30 pm and he told me that he had not heard anything yet and that he would call as soon as he did…within the hour. He called me back about 5 minutes later telling me that he was on his cell phone standing by the technicians and that there would be a $200 or so diagnostic fee to just be able to tell me what was wrong with my life gate. Really…it took 5 hours to tell me that they couldn’t figure it out? I told him not to do anything and I would be there within the next 30 minutes to get my car. When I got there, I waited for another 20-30 minutes to have them wash my car and pull it around. Normally when I get my oil changed, I am given a report about my vehicle. This time, I was not given one and when I asked about it, I was told that they did not have time to do that! Again, really? My vehicle is there for five hours and NOTHING is done but an “oil change”? Were my tires rotated along with that or not? I find it odd that no one even noticed the fact that the RED BRAKE light is on along with a few other lights in my car! I was given no explanation about my vehicle except that my oil was changed and that they did not have time to do anything else. To say that I am extremely disappointment with my “service” would be an enormous understatement. I definitely will be taking my vehicle to another dealership in the future!! More

One of your questions asks about paying with a card, but the insurance was covering the repair so I didn't consider paying with a card. More
