I've gone to Rolando for about 15 years and consistently receive 5-star service and quality! Stays in touch to inform me of status of the repairs, estimated completion time, dollar amount, etc. Definitely worth the drive to get this kind of service and have taking your car in for repair actually be an enjoyable experience! Selling Lemons I purchased a used Murano from them in December of 2018. It has been riddled with problems. When I spoke to a representative of their car company abo I purchased a used Murano from them in December of 2018. It has been riddled with problems. When I spoke to a representative of their car company about my warranty she stated that the warranty did not cover the issue. when i paid to go to another mechanic because dealerships over charge. The issue was not fixed. Looking on the internet I found that my problem is a common issue with the Murano. When I called the service center today I spoke with representative who stated that it was covered. I called back to see if my previous cost from mechanic was covered the service manager told me that I should know what is covered in my warranty and it is not their job to know. That's why you have service centers to answer questions. They are sellling Lemons on their lot and not trying to fix or solve the problems. More

Jordan is #THEBOMB.COM If you need service at Baker Nissan, the only Valet to go to is Jordan R! He is professional and has a sense of urgency. Seems like he's the main one doing all the work there! Way to go Jordan! Anyway, I've brought my vehicle in several times for service and he always greets the customers immediately and jumps right in to help solve my problems. Someone needs to promote this guy as he has excellent leadership skills and one of the main reasons I bring my car here versus the other Nissan service departments, plus he knows all about Baker Nissan, the service department, the car rental department and can get you to the right person in the sales department.
