Baker Nissan with Internet sales manager Paul Morgan did an exceptional job at answering all my questions and never once considered my time a waste like other lots had. My wife and I were thrilled to be in and out within 2 hours and treated very well during that time. Paul went over the entire car which has a lot of unique attributes that make it special. Never missed a beat in getting me introduced to the entire team from owner, finance and service. Thanks for making our day special even though the weather wasn't. Each Altima has provided very good performance with low maintenance. My first Altima was purchased at Baker Jackson North (slightly before Baker South opened). I had my Nissan serviced at Baker South for the entire time that I owned my first two Altimas. I was very pleased with all of my dealings with the Baker Nissan dealerships. So not only was I impressed and pleased with the current sales staff at Baker North, but I also wanted to connect back with a Baker dealership. My decision to purchase from Baker was in spite of the relatively long distance (over 30 miles) from my home compared to other dealerships (Central and McDavid). My plan is to try out the Baker North service department for as long as I am satisfied. The Baker South service department was excellent and I am hopeful that this is also true at Baker North. Central Nissan (formerly Baker South) still has some of the same excellent service staff but it never felt the same after the ownership change. I am very optimistic about my new Nissan and my reconnection with my first Nissan dealership. More
