THEY CHECKED MY CAR AND THE ON SITE TRADE IN VALUE WAS $10,000. I JUST GOT THIS CAR 3 WEEKS AGO AT $16990 PLUS 2 YEARS WARRANTY INSURANCE OF $16XX. AND TERRY EDWARDS SAID MY CAR IS NOT GOOD FOR TRADE IN SINCE IT HAS $3008 NEGATIVE EQUITY... SEE HOW WORSE THIS DEALER WAS. THERE ONLINE TRADE IN VALUE WAS $17XXX MADE ME DECIDE TO DRIVE 6 HOURS TO TRADE MY CAR. BUT UPON ON SITE ASSESSMENT, TRADE IN VALUE WAS ONLY $10,000... $7,000 DIFFERENCE FROM THERE ONLINE TRADE IN VALUE.... THIS WAS SUPPOST TO BE MY 10TH CAR IN 11 YEARS.... WORSE EVER DEALER I KNOW !!!!! More

As always I got my car serviced within expected time. Service advisor looked like he was in a little bit hurry but he got me what I needed. Can’t say enough about Chris Hazeley. He was very personable and attentive to me as a new customer. While registering me as a new customer to the dealership, he pointed out other things to my car tha personable and attentive to me as a new customer. While registering me as a new customer to the dealership, he pointed out other things to my car that needed attention, but didn’t try to “sell” me on anything in an annoying way. I felt that he was genuinely concerned about me as a Nissan owner. Appreciate it, Chris, and I’ll definitely be back to Baker Nissan because of your customer service. More
