Awesome experience buying my vehicle. The experience was awesome. We told Carl what we were looking for and what our budget would be for a car payment and he worked with us to find us what we were looking for and in our budget. I really enjoyed the no high pressure experience that this dealership has to offer. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car! I was trying to buy my very first car, and the whole experience made me a I visited the dealership a couple days ago, and had an EXCELLENT experience! I was trying to buy my very first car, and the whole experience made me a lot less wary of car dealerships in the future. Even my father, a seasoned car buyer, was impressed by the service we received. I initially spoke to Shannon Stauty when I made my internet inquiry, and she was a great help to me in providing assistance with my first car choices. She was very responsive, and did her best to try advise me before I even came in. Because I told her that we would be arriving at the dealership right as her shift ended, she then put us in touch with Mike Conway, whom she debriefed before we arrived. I was impressed by this display of professionalism. And Mike was the best! He absolutely went above and beyond, trying to find me a car that I would be happy about (including walking back and forth over the entire lot trying to find a car that ended up not being there). I appreciated Mike's authenticity and patience--he wasn't annoying, pushy, or any of the bad things car salesmen are known for. And we didn't finish up until after 11pm, and everyone was still incredibly friendly even though the dealership "closed" 2 hours ago. I definitely told my mom that when she goes back to buy her new car, she absolutely needs to get Mike (or Shannon). Lastly, Zack Smith was an incredibly charismatic guy that I happened to talk to while I was there. James Thompson, our financing guy, was also very funny and super competent. He has a great personality and kept us entertained with stories. And kudos to the detailing staff--my car looked great! I feel like the Baker team worked with me to get the car I wanted and in the price range that I could afford. More
Best car buying experience ever. I'd had a horrible buying experience prior to arriving at Baker Nissan and I had my guard up because of that. How ever I was very pleasantly surprised at how welcomed I felt from the moment I arrived. Vanessa was extremely helpful, PATIENT, and willing to make me happy. John and Patrick were also very helpful with the entire process. I would recommend this dealership to any and every one. They made the process easy, pleasant and painless. I'm so pleased with my new car and with the treatment I received from the staff there. They have Deffinitely earned a customer for life. THANK YOU VANESSA, JOHN AND PATRICK!:) More

I will say that the total experience took longer at some points than I would have liked. There was a lot of waiting, and I guess I must have gotten there when the staff was a little shorthanded one day. The finance part of it was a little difficult and hard to follow, it seemed like they were throwing so much information at me that it was kind of hard to keep up with what was going on. Overall, my experience was good. More
Experience Nissan the Baker family way! Two of our daughters had recently visited the Baker Nissan dealership where one purchased a Murano. When they came home they talked about how Iggy helped them and had answered a battery of questions the girls asked. They talked highly of the finance department and that they were treated to a very familial setting where all their questions were once again answered. I guess when new car fever strikes it was contagious because my wife and I yesterday had the pleasure of working with Rado in sales and later Rod Deason in finance. Needless to say we now have a Pathfinder on the driveway with the Murano. Rod presented the warranty program and supplemental products that were available on a very informative and personable level. Using personal experiences Rod highlighted which products offered the greatest protection but we never felt pressured or lead to choose any particular product over any of the other offerings. After we left Finance I made a little extra effort to find Brad Baker and thanked him for having an outstanding sales team. He also spoke highly of his team and their accomplishments. Baker Nissan has a beautiful building with an eager support staff in their counter sales and service departments which makes for an overall great experience. Need I say more... It was Brad who personally had brought us ice cold water after we had been out on a test drive and also personally followed up with us when we were in the waiting area before going up to Finance. Service is not only talked about by management it was practiced personally with my wife and I. My wife and I were thanked.. well more like complimented by Rado for making his job an enjoyable experience. The secret to car shopping in this modern fast paced era is to visit Baker Nissan and experience a truly fine organization with not only a great product but the attentive service that makes you appreciate the time it takes to do the job right. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima, this was my first new vehicle and was nervous, but Cory was able to make the process easy and painless. He is a great sales rep and I would definitely be recommending him and the dealership to friends and family. More

2014 Pathfinder I was very pleased with my experience with Baker Nissan. Originally I was planning on purchasing a Subaru. After poor customer service that bordered on belligerent I decided to look elsewhere. I inquired online with Baker and several other Nissan dealerships in Houston since we live about 2 hrs. away and was promptly contacted by Paul Poock. He was very helpful and accommodating. He answered every question that I had and was professional and courteous while doing so. He was willing to work to make the deal that I was interested in. From start to finish I was very pleased and love my new pathfinder. His prompt response and quality customer service is what made me decide to choose Baker Nissan to purchase my vehicle, even though we do have a Nissan dealership in the town that we live. This is my first "new" car since I have previously only driven used vehicles. After the bad taste that I was left with working with the Subaru dealership I didn't even want to proceed with finding a vehicle. This says a lot since my old car was 11 years old and had a non operative air conditioning in the Texas summer! I am glad that things worked out like they did though and was able to work with all of the professional staff at Baker Nissan. I appreciate all of the staff that we worked with at Baker and look forward to the continued quality customer service that we have experienced so far More
Turn my frown upside down. I love my Certified 2013 Nissan Sentra. Love it!!!! I really appreciated the way my Sales person Yahya Yusif, treated me. He was patient and never ever pressured me into buying a car, in any way. His calm attitude is why I bought from you. I had stayed away from big dealerships for over a decade because of my last new car buying experience. It was at a dealership that is now closed...thankfully. They essentially held me hostage until I signed the paperwork. I had an appointment to make and they had taken my car keys when I walked into the dealership under the guise of doing an estimate for trade in. I asked for my keys back countless times and they refused, I even called the cops to try to get my keys back and was laughed at. It was a truly degrading experience. I never walked back into a dealership, other than to do warranty repairs from that day. Even the service departments were awful, putting on charges for services and supplies that were never used. I appreciated the trust that was put in us in order to make the deal go through. From what I understand my Dad bought a car from you the next day; when he dropped off the down payment. I have faith that your service department will reflect the excellent treatment I received during the sale. I do my maintenance, and I want to be treated like an intelligent human being. I will be using my coupons when I receive them. The only minor flaw in the experience was when the finance....numbers (sales) manager came to the table with the proposed monthly payments; I had to remind him he needed to talk to me, because I was the one spending the money. He chose to speak to my sister at the start about my finances, simply because she had been there before. My pocket book, my conversation. Like I told all the gentlemen I dealt with that day, I knew as soon as I sat in the drivers seat, that this was my car. I am thrilled your finance department was able to work out a reasonable monthly payment, give me a more than fair trade, and treated me with respect. More
