Service of my Munro When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oi When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oil change since my purchased last October. He asked for my key and immediately went out to read my milage and a few other things. Although Nissan offers a courtesy car wash I didn't know at the time, I wasn't in the need of one I told they left to much water on my car and my tires weren't armor oil down. Barry saw the spots and immediately took my car back and had them to read wipe down my car and put some armor oil on my tires. The overall service of my car was Awesome and I thank Barry T. For being a great service advisor. More
Fraudulant finance department My 86 year old mother who is on a Social Security was pressured into a car sale. My older brother (^5 years old) who is also on disability was not ab My 86 year old mother who is on a Social Security was pressured into a car sale. My older brother (^5 years old) who is also on disability was not able to get financing. He brought my mother to ththe dealership and the finance department kept her in the office for 5+ hours until they ran her credit. She has a score of 450 and really bad credit record. They did not check any income proof and took no money down. They told her the price of the car was $16,000 but the finance amount was $22,000 with 9.99 interest for 6 years! My mother can barly drive and my brother is diabetic on dialysis and cannot see very well. I am trying to understand how this dealership could have sold this car to my mother with bad credit and no income and NO MONEY down. Seemed like they just wanted to make a sale at any cost. I cannot get the dealership to call me back (Brad Baker). I have turned them into GM finance who is started an investigation. Also reported them to Nissan Consumer Affairs. I want the dealership to undo the deal. The car is sitting in my driveway until I speak with the dealer so hopefully they take the car back and undo the deal. Don't deal with these guy - will do anything for the sale.... More

Amazing and quick service I came in for a routine oil change, was greeted by Shaun. He was very pleasant and walked me through every step. It was a Infiniti g35 Malissa knew this the first time we talked.On the third I was called Malissa told me she had a approval on the credit come in. I looked on the internet and did not see any g35,s on there but I thought she would know better than I would. after reading your e mail that night I thought integrity so I thought give them a chance.I bought a car from Baker Jackson years ago and I did not remember any issues with them at that time.Malissa called me on the 4th I told her I was on the way. She again had a chance to tell me the car I was interested in was not there she never did.I came in asked for Malissa she quickly passed me off to the sales manager who quickly passed me off to a salesman.I did not have time to get the seat warm before I found out what they were trying to do to me was the old bait and switch game. At this time I am livid run this on me? I had mentioned to Malissa I was going to the parade but instead I would come there that was another chance to inform me no infiniti.Then they started making excuses Malissa said I never told him the infiniti was here well did you tell the Infinity was not here? I asked to speak to you the salesman comes back with the sales manager.Is this Paul no but we do not do a bait and switch well what do you call it? Again I want to speak to Paul well he is one of the owners.O K let me talk to him well he is not here but we have a altama and another car we can sell you none were on the level of a g35. The sales manager tells me let me see what else we have he started walking around like he was doing something after I saw that the lack of caring of the salesman and Malissa I just left.They were not going to let me talk to anyone else no apology oh well you smell and that was it. So now I want to know do you have any integrity the salesman told me the e mail you sent was like a form letter. I guess that means send it but don,t stand behind it.I am disappointed with Baker Nissan.How can you make this right. he never even bothered to e mail me back the old bait and switch is alive at baker Nissan. Terrible Leased a new vehicle. ASM was pushy and promised best deal. Turns out, deals are not nationwide and the same at all Nissan dealerships as advised. Wen Leased a new vehicle. Went back to speak to them, ASM did not even come by personally and sent the sales agent to tell us to come back the next day to speak to the GM. Next day we go in and waited awhile before the SON of the GM came to speak to us, not GM. Very rude. Not professional. Since 2008 we have bought 3 new vehicles from them and this 4th vehicle was a lease. Never had a true great experience, but since they are the closest Nissan dealership we kept going back. Not anymore. Definitely not good people to work with. They do not care about customer service or satisfaction. GM didn't even bother to speak to us. We left very disappointed in how we were treated. Definitely rather drive further and go to another dealership. Never ever going back. Once lease is up, never stepping foot at Baker again. More
