Purchased a "certified" vehicle and was told the vehicle came with a bumper to bumper warranty up to 100k miles. Discovered the back doors do not lock or unlock. Service would charge $199 to only "diagnose" came with a bumper to bumper warranty up to 100k miles. Discovered the back doors do not lock or unlock. Service would charge $199 to only "diagnose". I was mislead with the warranty. The warranty is only good for transmission. Be careful and do not be deceived by their sales and finance department. More
