The video was awesome. Total transparency. But it was interesting that one technician said the tire had a slash in it and a second one said there was a moderate size piece of metal in it. Baker Nissan Service center is top notch. I had an issue with my brand new car and it was easy to make an appt and find out it was a recall issue that was easily fixed.
