Can’t say enough about Chris Hazeley. He was very personable and attentive to me as a new customer. While registering me as a new customer to the dealership, he pointed out other things to my car tha personable and attentive to me as a new customer. While registering me as a new customer to the dealership, he pointed out other things to my car that needed attention, but didn’t try to “sell” me on anything in an annoying way. Thank you Chris Hazeley! He was amazing, my last visit did not go very well in fact my battery ended up getting damaged causing me to get a new one after getting stuck on the side of the road. Chris listened to my complaints, I just lost my father recently and I apologized for being short my last visit back in October-November ended up being very frustrating. Chris made sure my visit today went smooth. Antonio did an amazing job Chris mentioned with the services I got done it could have been about a 3 hour wait. They got it done for me in 2.30 hours. Chris stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and took care of my problems from the last visit. Keep up the great work this guy needs a raise! More
