I had a terrible experience with Baker service five or six years ago. I brought in a car with a working radiator. They did a 'test' and blew up my radiator. The service manager had the gall to come out and lie in my face saying my shrapnel-ed radiator was that way when I came in. He just lied in my face. Usually I try to let these things go and move on, but a Baker rep just call about a airbag recall and when I told her why I would never return to Baker, she said "no problem". I love Baker Infinity. Ever since I’ve had my Infinity and have received service; I’ve notice that any other vehicle service can’t compare!!! My comment in survey was enough. I am not accepting being overcharged. Misc chges with no explanation and for nothing. $155 for "complimentary Inspection" and to give me a ridiculous quote and then c being overcharged. Stay Away. I bought a used car from this dealer. I understand "AS IS" but I didn't even make it home before I had $1800 in problems. 5 weeks later they still haven't filed correct paperwork so I can understand "AS IS" but I didn't even make it home before I had $1800 in problems. 5 weeks later they still haven't filed correct paperwork so I can register it. Will not give me a new Temporary Tag so I can drive on the road. Manager was rude. Didn't care. Filed a lawsuit. Sad they treat customers this way. Baker Motors is a large group.
