This is the 10th vehicle I have bought from various dealers and this was by far the best buying experience. Char the sales manager with whom I dealt with was upfront, logical and we where able to negotiate a deal in wich I was very skeptical that I would be able to. I had my vehicle appraised test drove and all paperwork signed out the door with my new truck in 2 hours total. Absolutely great no complaints here! More

There was no pressure, they offered that I drive the car home for the day to experience it, allowed me to drive different vehicles, etc. And in the end, I was able to select the best car for me. Also, when I had some extras done with the car, the service was excellent and they even re-filled up my car for me. And it came back sparkling clean. Danielle was a joy to work with and will certainly stay with this dealership in the future. More
BAKER CADILLAC DOES NOT HAVE ALLANTE EXPERTISE I paid 1,500 dollars for repairs not done. They did not test drive the car, and thus they didn't know they had not fixed the problem. This seems like such basic practices that I believe the don't understand how to effectively service anything - especially vehicles. I am not sure what can be changed in their "best practices" so that they do test out their repairs. I also believe that most dealers will do the minimum. Doing the minimum does not have mechanics billing out 125.00 per hour to test run vehicles. More

After a week of negotiating, they said they didn't want to let a few dollars get in the way of closing the sale. Only after they ran our credit and completed all our paperwork did we find the "few dollars" were coming out of our pocket!! They hadn't budged on our trades or sticker price but instead increased our loan term by FIFTEEN MONTHS!!!!! RUN AWAY!!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! More

I have been a Baker customer for over 20 years. My wife and I have leased or bought approximately 16 vehicles (New Cadillacs, New Oldsmobiles, as well as preowned for our kids)from Baker. My sales experie and I have leased or bought approximately 16 vehicles (New Cadillacs, New Oldsmobiles, as well as preowned for our kids)from Baker. My sales experience with my sales associates and finance people has been top rate each and every time. No pressure, no hidden costs. They get it! They know how to treat you with courtesy and respect. Their service is unbelievable. They will even come to my office or home to pick up or deliver my vehicle for service (even if it's only an oil change). Like anyone else, they're only human. If a mistake is made (very rare) they fix it with no questions asked. Remember when your parents used to talk about their car dealer like they were part of the family? Baker is that kind of dealership! More
Worse customer service ever. I went into Bakers because I wanted to look at a used Cadillac that I saw on line. I asked for Tom because that is what was required of me in the email that I received from them. wanted to look at a used Cadillac that I saw on line. I asked for Tom because that is what was required of me in the email that I received from them. Tom was friendly at first but I soon learned that he had no interest in selling me anything. After the younger salesman (I forget his name) was nice enough to let me test drive the car and show me some of the features, Tom took over 40 minutes to give me a price on the car and my trade. He was too busy talking on the phone, moving cars and just avoiding me, the only customer in the dealership. After I suggested that he did not give me enough for my trade ($3000 less than Kelly Blue Book)he simply got up and walked out on me and started a conversation with someone in service. I was ready to spend almost $40k at his dealership and he could not care less. If he had just spent another 5 minutes and perhaps another $1000, I would have considered buying a car there because I liked the salesman. I have since heard from many other people that Tom drives lots of business away because he does not care about his customers and perhaps has ADD. I went into Worcester and bought another CTS the next day but would have loved to buy one there because I live in Fitchburg. Good salesman but extremely poor sales manager. I will never step foot on that lot again and I tell everyone I know to do the same. More
I purchased a CTS from Baker and the experience was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The deal they gave me was rock bottom to start! I recently purchased a used car (not from Baker) and was advised by my mechanic that there was a transmission leak. I took the car into Baker and thy took over three weeks to repair the transmission. I also asked them to repair a heater problem, that they claimed they repaired but still didn’t work properly, every time I would bring the car in for one problem I would get it back only to discover another one that hadn’t existed before the service. This ordeal continued for nearly two months and resulted in my filing a complaint with the BBB. Baker’s response was condescending and sarcastic. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I would never considering returning to Baker Cadillac for either service or to purchase a car. They were rude and inconsiderate and their quality of service was poor. More
