I was dealing with Marissa T, excellent sales person with good knowledge of the car I wanted and very pleasant. We agreed on a car....I applied on line to GMC and was approved and here is where the deal fell apart. I received a call from Scott L saying my interest would be .9% for 60 months. Next day he called again and said the rate was now going to be 2.9 % as he made a mistake. Sorry but a mistake. I looked at several cars with higher mileage and the price with my trade was always the same . I was told if you bring your trade in and maybe we can do better ? I did bring my car in and it appeared no looked at it as I had my car keys and no one asked for them. I did speak to mark s and as any manager defended his employees and besides "it was only a mistake" to bad you didn't see me that night! Would have if I knew he was there? More

Very Friendly and NO high pressure sales We were able to "just browse" the lot for a few minutes before Jason (JP) greeted us and asked if we had any questions at all. We had an idea of what We were able to "just browse" the lot for a few minutes before Jason (JP) greeted us and asked if we had any questions at all. We had an idea of what we were looking for, a 2-4 year old CTS. JP went over all the options and how the body styles for the different years changed. There were plenty on the lot to compare. We took the one that caught my wife's eye for a test drive, we both loved it. JP produced the entire service history of the car (it was bought new there). We discussed the Cadillac Certified program, and very quickly agreed on a very fair price. We were setup with financing and bought the car. Since it was Saturday, we faxed our insurance info into JP on Monday, he delivered the car to our home shiny, with a full tank of gas, and went over the CUE system and other features with us for over an hour. What GREAT service, nice experience, awesome car. Would recommend JP and Baker Cadillac to everyone. FIVE STARS! More

We live in a digital on line world today where shoppers have many more tools . Marrissa's involment in the sale and delivery made the process go very smooth . I didn't want to sit around a showroom for hours while the staff played " I need to sit with my Manager " games . I did the research required on line , checked competitive price on the same exact models , compared mileage and other pertinent factors for my needs and Marrissa and Randy made it happen . I live over an hour away from this dealer so it was important not to waste time and energy going back and forth . The Used Town & Country I purchased was ready when I got there to pick it up . I never visited the dealer until I picked up the vehicle . Marrissa was in the vehicle checking it out one last time when we arrived . Scott had my loan secured , paper work in order . No pressure but shown other purchasing options and we were done in a few mintites . Note to owner ; buy the guy a printer that was made in the 2000's at least! Over all a very pleasant experience and I've asked Marrissa to keep an eye out for a certain model I'd like to consider . It's only been a few days and over a holiday weekend and she has responded to every correspondence inquick fashion . So far...fantastic ! More

Paperwork is completed thoroughly, and any questions are answered immediately. One never feels under pressure. The service department is also top-notch. They set you up with automatic reminders when it is time to come in for service. Very convenient. If you have to wait for your vehicle while being serviced, they have a very comfortable customer area with complimentary wifi and fresh coffee or water. I would never hesitate to recommend this dealership! More
