When we finally came to a decision to purchase our car the process went very smooth. Great deal and it only took 45 minuets! I arrived on a Sunday at 3:15 with out an appointment, and was in a Buick at a GREAT price by 4:00. They had the best price in 30 mile radius. Direct, No-Pressure Buying Experience I was looking for an older low-mileage Buick to back up my 2001 (which is still going strong) but to my chagrin, even the 2005's (Buick LaCrosse etc.) I was looking for an older low-mileage Buick to back up my 2001 (which is still going strong) but to my chagrin, even the 2005's (Buick LaCrosse etc.) had changed interior design I did not like at all (big console in the middle). I never thought I'd get a Cadillac. But I found a 2002 Cadillac de ville online with a bit over 40,000 miles on it at Baker Cadillac. Its condition looked exceptional, and it had the kind of interior I was looking for and outer beauty as well. The right mileage and condition, and a good price. So I immediately made appt to check it out. Anthony was my sales consultant. He was informative, answered my questions thoroughly and did not exert any pressure for me to buy extras such as extended warranty or protective coatings etc. He also got me a discount off an already good price. Altogether a pleasant experience. The dealership had put new Michelin all-weather tires on, they got new plates, had the car inspected, and the car looks to be in mint condition. The suspension is smooth and power of engine feels solid. The car has yet to prove its durability, however everything appears to be working well (only just drove it the 70 miles home, so an extended review of its performance is not yet in order). I am going to have my mechanic look it over just to make sure there are no significant problems with it. I also have no experience of contacting this dealer with any kind of problem, so cannot comment on how they respond when an issue arises. This particular model (2002 Cadillac de ville) has mixed reviews - those who love the car wouldn't have any other; some cite problems and never want another). The previous owner of mine apparently loved it and took excellent care of it and it appears that paid off. I will keep up with maintenance and caring for it inside and out, and hope to have a similar result. Thank you Anthony, for your help! More

I didn't have a scheduled appointment and despite being a busy day in service they fit me in immediately. Not only did they change the oil, they checked and inflated my tires and checked my brakes all in a timely, and always friendly, manner. Now I expected all of that...what I didn't expect when I checked out was to find my car had been washed for me!
