Jason ensured that the purchase of our used car went smoothly. He was very helpful when we went to register our car and found that the clerk at the Town Hall had never registered a car before. Jason was able to help her get trough the process. Jason made sure we were comfortable with the car and paperwork before he left us. He is customer care at its best. Exceeded expectations Baker's service department recently resolved a warranty issue. They replaced a rear hatch component and I had the car back the same day. However, what Baker's service department recently resolved a warranty issue. They replaced a rear hatch component and I had the car back the same day. However, what I did not expect was for the interior matts to be vacuumed and spotless. Seemingly a small point but it speaks volumes about how Baker Cadillac treats their customers. Best Service Bar None!!! Baker Cadillac really knows what customer service is. You feel like your issue is their issue and they do everything they can to solve your problems Baker Cadillac really knows what customer service is. You feel like your issue is their issue and they do everything they can to solve your problems and minimize any inconveniences I was on a business trip and my wife's escalade had a major issue occur. Baker was there to help her out, get her into a loaner, looked up the extended warranty information and took what was a very troubling situation for her and eased her stress. I will be forever grateful to Baker and the excellent service they provide to my wife while I was out of town and could not be there for her. Baker really is a family run business. I am now part of the family having services both of my Cadillac's there as well as having purchased 2 vehicles from them. I consider myself truly a part of the Baker family. More
