Had my 2022 GMC Canyon in for an issue that I thought would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Once they looked at the issue I was told it was out of warranty by days and was going to be $70 would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Once they looked at the issue I was told it was out of warranty by days and was going to be $700+ to repair. When I wanted to pick it up and take it to the dealership where I purchased it I was told there would be a $95 diagnostic fee. I decided to go ahead with the repair due to the fee and convenience. When I went to pickup my truck, they inform me that if I'm going to pay with a credit card there is a fee of 3% of the invoice. Their communication is terrible and you are continually getting unpleasant surprises! I will not be returning in the future and will not be recommending this dealership. More
