Amazing!!! Called the dealership from Arizona and spoke to a gentleman named Phil. Let him know I was interested in a lexus they had for sell. Drove an 1hr and Called the dealership from Arizona and spoke to a gentleman named Phil. Let him know I was interested in a lexus they had for sell. Drove an 1hr and 30 min to purchase a vehicle and to my surprise after I looked and drove the vehicle he offered to follow me and drive it back which saved me hundreds by not renting a trailer. Phil was very nice, seemed very focused on my needs and very patient and informational with all my questions. The manager Carlos was very professional and nice as well. Overall I'm very happy and will definitely continue to do business with Phil and Carlos over at Baja autos. More
