Cliff was very patient and helpful throughout the whole experience as we exchanged emails and phone calls for over a month. Ultimately, I decided to go with a 2013 Toyota Sienna based on the options that I wanted. Cliff and the team at Baierl Toyota walked me through the process of ordering the new vehicle. Cliff immediately notified me when the vehicle was shipped from the factory and delivered to the dealership. The pickup process was very smooth and thorough... Dan Nalley got back to us immediately. Over the following few days, we dealt with both Dan Nalley and Bob Baierl and ultimately bought two vehicles. Both Dan and Bob were terrific. In particular, Dan worked above and beyond by washing cars himself to get us out of there on time, and for helping to keep some extracurricular paperwork moving for us. A smiling and upbeat/energetic lady walked out and introduced herself. Her name is Stephanie DiCarlo. She treated me like I was her best customer from beginning to end. She still takes my calls personally and helps me with anything I need from accessories, sales to service. My first purchase was a 2012 Highlander Hybrid!. I liked my experience so much that I bought a new Prius V a few months later. THe salesman that delivered the car was Dan Nalley and he was exceptional too. He actually delivered the car to my house!!!. My wife never set foot in the dealership for either vehicle purchase! Dan not only brought it to our house at 9 at night(only time we were available) but he stayed well after 10 explaining everything to her. He could not have been more pleasant and patient!!! I give them the highest recommendation possible and suggest you look this team up the minute you arrive at their dealership!!.
