I wanted to let you know that we recently purchased two Subaru vehicles in the same week from Baierl Subaru. We were very impressed with the service that we received from your sales person, John Fitzwater Subaru vehicles in the same week from Baierl Subaru. He was very professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time placing no pressure throughout the sales process. Although we have only had our cars for a few weeks, we are very happy with them so far. Even more so than that, I am writing to commend Baierl Subaru on their commitment to the Western PA Humane Society. I am an avid volunteer dog walker and I see firsthand all of the good that they do. I was committed to buying a Subaru (it ended up being two when my husband fell in love with the Legacy), but when looking on the Subaru website, they recommend 4 Subaru dealerships that are closer to my house than Baierl Subaru. I specifically drove out to your location because of your support of WPAHS. From the vehicle itself to the professional staff that answered all of our questions, we were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable purchasing a new car could be. The sales consultant, Mr. Patrick Shutrump, was kind enough to not only accompany us on a test drive of the Forester 2.5X Premium, but he personally demonstrated all of the 'bells and whistles' that were in our new car. We were also impressed with the smaller things, like being offered coffee, which may not seem like much, but on a cold day in November, it was welcomed! Thank you for a truly great experience! More

I was a new resident and was relying on internet reviewing to select dealership. The previous rating was not good, so I was somewhat concerned. However, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. First of all, all people I met greeted me kindly and sincerely, not as profit driven or shrewd as I have witnessed before in many dealerships. Patrick has been particularly friendly and went out of way to help. As a new resident without a car, it was very hard to go back and forth from the dealership, one time Patrick learned that, and he obtained permission from his manager to drive me home. Now about the car and the price. I knew I wanted a sport premium impreza, so I asked directly for the car. Due to popularity of the car, inventory was limited and the ones I like were not available. Patrick told me many were booked before they arrived the dealership. I requested to reserve one too, and Patrick searched the cars to arrive soon and helped me find the exact model I like. I was anticipating a higher than expected price given this high demand, well, it did not happen. Patrick told me that the Bariel policy was a flat $200 above invoice, because new models are coming out in a few months. Now that I have my car and enjoy it very much. The experience was so pleasant, good price and no need to haggle. The financing was also smooth. I wanted to thank Patrick particular for being so considerate and helpful, and the entire dealership for the great experience. Bariel is busy, and I understand why, if I can go to a place with kind and honest service, I would not mind the waiting time. But of course better to make appointment a head of the time and to avoid weekend days. More
