My experience buying a 2013 Subaru Impreza was a generally painless experience. I got a great trade-in value on my car, and the model that I wanted was available. The 4/5 on the customer service is due to the waiting time during the process, as I sat around a good amount while paperwork was being processed, mainly due to end-of-year sales.
