3/4/2013 went to Baierl Subaru for a recall on my 2012 STI and heard my car fly passed the back of there shop while I was in there waiting room and the tv was loud. The mechanic was beating on my vehicle.When I told the service writer about the mechanic beating my car they basically ignored me.So then I go to leave and get in my car and I save all my change in the console and all the silver was missing. I took him outside and showed him there was nothing there but pennies in my console now he did not know what to say. This is the reason I stopped going to Baierl Chevrolet and now I wont be back to the Baierl Subaru dealer again. Next step is to call Subaru of America and let them know. More

Beverly was the best sales person I've ever worked with when buying a car. She was friendly, competent and made the buying experience very easy and headache free. My only complaint is that when I picked up my new car, it was obvious that whomever worked to detail it did a rushed and sloppy job. Dirt had been dripped inside the door panel inside the driver's side door, there were scuffs and shoe marks, and the floor mat on the driver's side was so dirty we had to leave it at the dealership to be cleaned. It was a Saturday afternoon, but I would've appreciated the job being done right. I would recommend Baierl Subaru to others and would buy a car from Beverly again! More

He was extremely professional and helpful, and made me comfortable from beginning to end. He presented different payment scenarios and worked hard to get me in a vehicle within my budget. I would have liked to get a little more value out of my trade-ins (thus the 4/5 for price) but his explanation of how those numbers were determined was up front and honest. I had limited interaction with Garrett but he was efficient with the final paperwork and answered any questions that arose. I would highly recommend David and entire Baierl Subaru team. More
