Left her a message, requesting a return call to set up another day/time and she didn't call me back. I showed up the following Saturday; she was busy and Dave helped us. No problems, like I said, but being an inexperienced car buyer and new to the Costco program, a call back from Elise would have helped. More

I called early in the day to see the availability of a vehicle listed on the website...didn't want to ride there for nothing. Beverly answered and invited me to stop by for a test drive, which I did. While I was there I noticed a different vehicle sitting in the showroom. I had no intention of actually buying a vehicle that day but Bev and Andres made the transaction so smooth and affordable that I picked my new car up the next day. Bev answers the phone, extends professional service, experienced sales, Andres teams to run the numbers, get me a rate that is great and you have a very satisfied customer. Yah, yah, I know, the vehicle sold itself but Bev and Andres did all the work. Kudos to both. More
