WOW!!! What a great car burying experience! We visited Baeirl Subaru in March to purchase a Legacy for our daughter. That was until our youngest daughter suggested that we checkout the feel of an Outback on the showroom floor. Eventhough, we arrived that morning to purchase a Legacy, we presented John with our interest in test driving the Outback. He was more than helpful. We received a more than fair market trade-in credit from our old car and had the new Outback prepped for purchase within minutes of signing. Financing was a breeze with the expert service from Garrett Goss. Great job John and Garrett!! Baeirl Associates ROCK! More

My experience at this dealership and with John "Fitz"was great. I wasn't sure about exactly what model I wanted but I knew I did want a Subaru. He even scoured the whole lot (on foot!) to find the exact rare color we wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, I really appreciated his no-nonsense, honest approach. I haven't purchased a new car in 15 year so I had some doubts about how this process would go. Frank Fortunto was my sales person and he made the process very smooth. He gave me a great price and I never did take the Honda for a test drive. Frank told me when I took the Outback out for a test drive that it was going to be my car, and he was right it was. I believe that comes from the confidence Frank has in the Subaru brand. I appreciated that Frank took the time to go over all the vehicle features especially synching up my cell phone to the Bluetooth hands free feature. I will recommend Baierl Subaru to anyone who asks and I will recommend that they ask for Frank Fortunato. More

Ethan was very helpful, answered all my questions, and allowed me to test drive all the cars I was interested in. He also helped me understand additional options they offered when buying, and Garrett outlined the Subaru certified warranty and walked me through the financing without error. More
