I was torn between another car and the Subaru. The prices was similar, but the employees were very helpful and made my decision to buy the Subaru. Bev waited for me to arrive and was ready to discuss my options. She listened to me and addressed what I was looking for. Bev allowed me test the vehicles I was considering and gave me the knowledge I nee options. She listened to me and addressed what I was looking for. When Bev did not know the answer, she told me she did not know and she worked to get a prompt answer for me. Many times, we communicated while she was out of the office via text, so that I could easily communicate with her while I was at the office. The entire process took a week, but that was because of me. I wanted to be sure I was making the correct rational decision and Bev helped me by giving me the time and resources I needed to make that decision. More

I found the Subaru I wanted on line. Joe Vitali looked the car over for me and gave me an honest assessment of the car. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. His enthusiasm and confidence in Subaru was definately a plus. Although I live out of state and 3 hours away..I was able to purchase the car. It gets a little complicated when you are out of state but everyone was willing to work with me and take care of things in a timely manner. The car was exactly as described and as was photographed. I have only had my car one day but i LOVE it and won't hesitate to get one from Baierl again. I felt no pressure, everything was explained well, and Bob Gavita went out of his way to accommodate my special needs. More
My sister and I visited Baierl to check out the Subaru Imprezza's. We were not pressured by anyone upon our arrival. Amy was our sales rep. and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She left no stone unturned. I have purchased from Baierl in the past and that is why I returned there. My first experience (with a different sales rep) was just as pleasant and unpressured. These ratings are a true and honest reflection of my experience at this Baierl dealership. I was in a car accident in which a woman did not stop at a light and rear ended me in my 2001 Subaru Forester experience at this Baierl dealership. I was in a car accident in which a woman did not stop at a light and rear ended me in my 2001 Subaru Forester (which I had taken excellent care of for 13 years and planned to keep for many more years). My car was totaled. Purchasing a vehicle was not in my budget. I was in a fragile emotional state of mind. David Urquhart was understanding, patient and accommodating. He knew my financial limits reagarding monthly payments and guided me through the process of purchasing a certified, pre-owned Subaru. David never pressured me and explored every option for my financing. Garrett Goss handled the final "paperwork" and explained my payments. He was patient and efficient. When I picked up my "newer" Subaru Forester, David showed me all the features of the car and encouraged me to "try out" the lights, windshield wipers, seat adjustments, etc. He even drove with me to put some gas in the tank!! As I drove off the lot, I knew I had made the best choice in selecting Baierl Subaru. I also knew God had chosen David and Garrett to be my Baierl salesmen. While I am planning on driving this "newer" Subaru for a very long time, I would return to Baierl Subaru in an instant. I've shared my experience with any one who would listen and I'm recommending Baierl, David Urquhart and Garrett Goss to all my friends and family members!!! More
Very friendly and knowledgeabel sales person. Bev answered questions she knew and found out about those she didn't. She helped to expedite the transaction since we had traveled over an hour to come to her dealership and wanted to take delivery of the vehicle that day to avoid a second trip. There was one small mechanical issue that needed to be resolved and since it was a Saturday, there were limited staff available for this. She made it happen. Great job Beverly!! More
